Question 1

What services are in scope for a QuillCircuit retainer?

Accepted Answer

Your retainer can include copywriting and messaging, brand and web design, video editing, paid advertising, web development, and technical SEO and conversion-rate optimization. We choose the right mix with you instead of treating every month like a fixed menu of disconnected deliverables.

Question 2

Can we focus on one priority instead of using every service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The point of the retainer is dependable execution, not filling a quota of services. We turn your backlog, goals, and current constraints into a focused lane for the next cycle, then adjust the mix as the useful signal becomes clearer.

Question 3

How do revisions and feedback work on retainer deliverables?

Accepted Answer

We build review points into the work and expect clear, consolidated feedback while a deliverable is in progress. We refine against the agreed brief; if the direction changes substantially or creates a new deliverable, we make that trade-off visible and reprioritize the queue together.

Question 4

What turnaround expectations should we set?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on the format, scope, and active queue. During scoping, we agree the first priorities, response rhythm, and the next useful milestone so you know what is moving and when. If a deadline is fixed, bring it to the fit call and we will be direct about what the retainer can support.

Question 5

What happens during retainer onboarding?

Accepted Answer

We start with a fit call to understand the work that needs moving. If there is a match, we define the right retainer lane, priorities, goals, and access needed to begin. The first cycle is about creating a clear queue and an accountable next move, not forcing you through a long handoff process.

Question 6

Who is a good fit for a QuillCircuit retainer?

Accepted Answer

QuillCircuit is built for startups, small businesses, and growing brands that need dependable creative and growth execution without hiring a full in-house team. We are a stronger fit when you value clear ownership, honest prioritization, and measurable progress over a high volume of activity.

Question 7

How is the retainer priced?

Accepted Answer

The same range of creative and growth support is available across the Monthly, 6 Months, and Yearly options. The difference is the commitment horizon and its savings, not the breadth of support. See the current options and inclusions on the pricing page, then bring any scope questions to a fit call.

Question 8

What are the cancellation terms for a retainer?

Accepted Answer

Tell us as early as possible so we can review the selected commitment, work already in progress, and a clean handoff. Cancellation and notice terms depend on the retainer duration you choose and are agreed before work starts; we will make those terms clear during the fit call rather than burying them in the process.
